Well as I mentioned yesterday, it isn’t pretty. I am up 2.2 pounds. I made the choices that got me there, I have to own the bad choices so I am. I am however REALLY freaking happy that it’s a new week, where I can focus on making smarter choices.

Weeks 1-3 of 2010: -5.8
Week 3 of 2010: +2.2
Total for 2010: -3.6
Total for 2009: -25.8
Grand Total: -29.4
Yeah that wipes out the loss for Week 3 of 2010. Blech. Time to pick up my feet and move on.
It snowed here yet again last night. This has to be the snowiest winter that I can remember for years and years, probably decades. Maybe even all the previous ten years combined! I’m ready for spring to get here. I keep thinking I should buy another pair of running shoes so that I can have an indoor and outdoor pair, but I think I should probably wait until there is hope of warmer weather and nothing white blanketing the ground.
Today is my vegetarian day and I already have all of my points for the day figured out. I will be successful today and stay on track. I am going to focus on not putting anything in my mouth that isn’t already in my food journal. This past week, besides the over indulgence this weekend, I found my self grabbing this or that randomly and not taking it into account. The items were small, but obviously they add up!
Tata for now,

It’s easy to gain when you don’t track. I know!
Just work extra hard and it’ll be gone next week.
“Time to pick up my feet and move on. ”
Great attitude! It’s a new week: you’ll come back from this and beat it.
Even though you had a bit of a slip-up, your overall totals are good for the year, which is awesome.
We can do it!!! Next week will be a good week.
Sorry to hear about the gain. Way to own up to the choices that got you here. Have a great week!
Owning up the the bad choices is the hardest part! I’m sure you will have a good week!
I cannot believe how strange the weather has been this year! I keep seeing how you guys are getting snow and am thinking “what the…?”
I do have a pair of shoes for indoors and outdoors. I use the indoor shoes for about half of their lifespan then move them to outdoors
