I know this is really short notice, but if anyone is interested in joining a 6 Week EA Sports Active “More Workouts” Challenge for the Wii with Bella and I, that’d be awesome! Actually you could probably do the challenge with the original EA Sports Active, but you’d have to use the 30 Day Challenge plus some extra’s to get you to 6 weeks. The “More Workouts” enhancement that EA Sports released last fall includes of course more workouts, but also a 6 week challenge and now also includes abs workouts and warm up/cool down sessions in each of your workouts. I’m pretty excited to start the new challenge! Who is going to join Bella and I? The challenge will start on Monday May 24th!
This week has been a bit tough on me. Between really starting to FINALLY feel better, the antibiotics doing somersaults with my stomach (you don’t want to know,) adding carbs back and my schedule being a little wacky and not being able to exercise, I am thinking about skipping weigh in tomorrow. I know I’m up a little, I can feel it. I haven’t been “bad” except for the night that I had Mexican, and even there, I kept it fairly reasonable (plus that’s what the weekly points allowance is for.) Who knows, maybe I’ll wake up tomorrow and feel completely different about it. My body just feels pretty blah right now.
Saturday I plan on getting up at my regular time to walk the dog, run errands (want to try new things from Trader Joe’s, anyone have any new finds?), hit the Arlington Farmers Market, and maybe take a walk on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail (must charge I-Pod!) Sunday I’m heading down to my Dads for “dance practice” for the wedding.
