Now that I am 10 days into my 100 day count down to my 1 Year Surgiversary, I figured it’s a good time to take a look at the goals I set for this 100 days and see where I am at.
100 Day Goals
- 100 Days of blogging. So far so good, heck I even accidentally posted twice one day!
- Track 100% on point every day for the next 100 days. I am kicking this one in the ass. I am even tracking two places now (OCD? YES) but more on that another day.
- Some form of physical activity every single day for the next 100 days. Killing this one. I have forgotten to track my workouts a couple of times on MyFitnessPal, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t done them. My favorite new workout doesnt even require the gym, it’s called the 100 Workout.
- Comment on at least two other bloggers posts every day for the next 100 days and comment on the current activity feed on myfitnesspal at least once a day for the next 100 days. This one needs some work. I have been great at commenting on MyFitnessPal, I’ve even upped my posting and commenting on ObesityHelp.com, but posting on other bloggers pages is still a pitfall of mine. This needs work.
Overall doing well. I am eating more, more on that tomorrow, and feeling fabulous. I have been bouncing around on the scale, and am still just ounces away from breaking in to the Overweight category on the BMI, and out of obese, yay! I have a feeling that I will be seeing the scale drop pretty soon, it has to happen eventually!
