I think we expect that once we lose weight, we don't feel like that anymore, so it can be surprising when those old feelings come back! Keep doing things that remind you of how far you've come. Look at the size tags on your clothes. Look at your weight chart. Put some before and after photos in a readily-viewable place. And be as kind to yourself as you would to a friend going through the same thing. Most of all, know that it's okay to feel what you are feeling.

I am currently feeling quite good in my body, I am down the the point where I started feeling disgusted with myself when my weight was on the way up. I still have about 40 pounds to lose but I just bought some new clothes and I feel relatively thin.

So, back to you, do you need new clothes that suit your current body shape and size? It really helps! My breasts now stick out further than my stomach and my new clothes show that -- makes me feel good.

I know you just threw out a lot of old "fat" clothes but that doesn't necessarily mean the ones you are wearing are right for you. I remember reading PastaQueen's blog and she would post pictures of herself in her new smaller clothes and all the comments would scream "still too large and baggy!" She couldn't get used to the idea that clothes should be a little more fitted and shapely.

Anyway, just an idea!

I think there's a lot of variation on how much people can eat, the biggest thing comes down to calories in vs. calories out. So I choose to workout a lot so that I can eat a little more :) Congrats on your sleeve!

I'm so, so happy to read this. Not only is it great to hear that you're going to be blogging more, but I'm really glad that you're doing something to commemorate these 100 days. No matter where you are in your journey at the 1-year mark, you've done phenomenally well. You look wonderful, feel even better, and have transformed your life. All through your own hard work and determination.
